Given the most current information concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19), Your FWR Executive Committee feel it is appropriate to cancel the upcoming 73rd FWR Conference to be held in San Francisco. We will continue monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/summary.html and the recommendations of local health officials.
All Registered Sorors would be entitled to a full refund ($200). There have been no deposits made of the registrations checks, therefore all checks will be returned to each payment source. Your FWR Secretary will return all check, once they are returned by your FWR Treasurer. Please let me know if you have questions and/or would like me to proceed differently.
Your FWR Executive Committee have decided to conduct a one day VIRTUAL Regional Conference at a cost of $50 per Soror.
